A Bulgarian military delegation headed by Colonel Anghel Ivanov Zlatov will participate between March 31 and April 2, 03 to an exchange of expertise organized by the Inspectorate of the Ministry of National Defense. Participants will be specialists from the Agency of Account from ROMTEHNICA National Company, from the Department of Logistics of General Staff and from the Department of Quartering and Infrastructures and the Department of Internal Audit.

Lieutenant General Dr. Nicolae Pastinica, General Inspector of the MoND Inspectorate will receive the Bulgarian delegation. The discussions will be focused on organization and missions of the inspecting structures from the two Armed Forces within the military reform process, the account proceedings of armament, equipment and immobile goods released within the restructure of the Armed Forces. Other issues to be debate will be those of financial control in the military units.
