The "Multinational Seminar on Air Defense with Ground Base" will be hosted by the Air Staff between March 31 and April 11, 03 in Bucharest. Romanian officers from the Air Staff, the Army Staff and the Academy of High Military Studies will be together with military from FYROM, Georgia, Germany, Ireland, Letonia, Holland, Poland, Slovakia, Sewed and Hungary.

The Seminar intends to familiarize the staff officers with doctrine and proceedings specific to air defense with ground base and to offer NATO specialists' expertise and consulting. The participants will be informed on NATO command military structure. Practical activities of air defense planning operations, actions of management and coordination of air fighting and air fighting protection measures for Army and Navy will also be organized.

The program of this manifestation also includes a documentation and information visit in Capul Midia Training Camp and Anti-Air Firing Field, in Constanta County. They will visit the training and estimating facilities.
