State Secretary Viorel Oancea, chief of Department for Defense Policy and Planning participates between March 5 and 6, in the Informal Defense Ministerial, South East Europe in Zagreb.
The regional stability and NATO enlargement, the reform of Defense in the candidate states to join NATO and the participation to the international operations will be the topics to be approached, according to the agenda of discussions.
The Defense Ministers and the representatives from the MoDs of the members of the Cart of Adriatic-Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, FYROM, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia, USA Turkey, Hungary and NATO officials are invited to participate in this Reunion.
