The militaries from the 21st Maneuver Battalion from Afghanistan performed Monday, March 16, a mission to support the Afghan population from Nawrak, Qalat district.
The aim of the visit was to increase the trust in the Romanian militaries and to offer relief to the local population. Thus, the locals received blankets and cloths and food. The local leaders, during the meeting, discussed with the Romanian militaries the problems the population is confronting with and thanked them for their activity to ensure an environment of security in the area.
