The Center of Coordination and Monitoring of Implementation of the Agreement of Access from the Department for Defense Policy and Planning (DPAP)organized between March 31 and April 1, at the National Military Club, the Reunion of the Executive Committee of the Romanian-American Joint Committee established to implement the "Agreement between Romania and the USA on the activity of the US forces stationing on the Romanian territory".
In this event, the EUCOM representatives and the officials from the US embassy in Bucharest represented the United States and the MoND officials represented Romania.
The Reunion's works have been conducted by Constantin Moisa, adviser of chief of DPAP and by Colonel Donald Gabel, chief of the Black Sea-Euroasia Division from the Directorate of Strategies, Policies and Evaluations-EUCOM.
The Romanian and the US representatives approached the issues aiming the implementation of the Agreement of Access between Romania and the United States and some aspects on organizing and preparing the future reunion of the Romanian-American Joint Committee on May, this year.
