The National Defense University "Carol I' organizes between April 9 and 10, the annual session of scientific papers with international participation "STRATEGII XXI" on "Regional Stability and Security".
The commander (rector) of the National Defense University, Lieutenant General Professor Teodor Frunzeti Ph.D. will open the session works.
The security and defense, e-learning and educational software, management and education, military strategy, multinational operations, law, public and intercultural communication, multi-linguism and inter-cultural relations are few of the sections of this scientific activity to be an active dialogue on the present challenges of the environment of security.
They will present analyses, opinions and estimations on the future environment of security, the evolution of risks and threats, the projects of challenges within the increase of exigencies towards the architecture of security and defense and on their impact upon military theory and art.
In this activity will participate the president of the Center of High Studies of Defense from Italy, the representatives from important institutions from Germany and Ukraine, from Romanian research universities and institutes, high officials and leading persons from the Romanian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation, the Ministry of Administration and Internals and the military diplomats accredited in Bucharest.
An important moment in the opening will be the launch of the book "The New Allied: Re-think of Romania's Defense Policy at the Beginning of the 21st Century" signed by ambassador George Christian Mayor Ph.D. director of the Romanian Intelligence Service.
