"Amiral Petre Barbuneanu" corvette will return from the "BLACKSEA PARTNERSHIP 09" maritime exercise in Mangalia military harbor, Tuesday, May 5, at 9.30 a.m.
The activity was developed in Turkish territorial waters and in the international waters in the Black Sea between April 26 and May 4, 2009.
The sailors that participated in the "BLACKSEA PARTNERSHIP 09" trained the counter-terrorism proceedings, the peace support actions and the defense against surface boats, enemy aviation and submarines.
They also had artillery firings, search and rescue exercises on the sea, formations and naval evolutions and the exercises of communication.
