Chief of General Staff, Admiral Gheorghe Marin, Ph.D. will participate between May 6 and 7, in Brussels, in NATO Military Committee Reunion at level of chiefs of defense. It is the first Reunion on 2009 at level of chiefs of defense among the three reunions to occur yearly.
Chiefs of defense from NATO member states will debate the issues related to the running on NATO led operations (ISAF, KFOR and maritime operations). They will also approach the military issues that resulted from Strasbourg-Kehl Summit, and the development of the new Strategic Concept.
