The course on "Radar systems and SAR imagery" organized by the Military Technical Academy in cooperation with Delft University of Technology (Holland) and Middle East Space Agency.

This is for the first time Romania organizes such type of courses and will be with the participation of 45 persons from the Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of Administration and Interior, Romanian Space Agency, Romanian Intelligence Service, National Administration of Meteorology, Bucharest Polytechnics and Romanian societies.

Professor Piet van Genderen from Delft University of Technology will participate in this course, a personality in this domain to whom the Senate of the Military Technical Academy granted the academic title DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA for the special contribution in cooperation between the Military technical academy and the Dutch university in high polytechnic education and scientific research.
