The annual scientific symposium SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND EDUCATION IN AIR FORCE 2009 takes place at the Henri Coanda Air Force Academy from May 21 to 22, 2009.

The 11th symposium will begin with the opening speeches held, starting with 09.00 hrs, by the chief of Air Force Staff, Major-General Ion-Aurel Stanciu, Ph.D. and the commander of the Henri Coanda Air Force Academy, Colonel (A.F.) Gabriel - Florin Moisescu, Ph.D.

Over 200 professors and researchers, from militar nd civilian y a institutions of higher education in Romania and abroad, confirmed their participation in the six workshops organized on Air Force, management, humanities, electric and electronic engineering, mechanics, mathematics and information.
