On the training coverage posted on 'Armata TV' on the website of the Ministry of National Defence, offered by the Information and Public Relations Directorate.

The coverage presents the way the troops of the Naval Group for Special Operations train. It was filmed on April 28 by journalists of the Media Group of the Navy, during an exercise conducted in the area of Harsova town. The coverage was broadcast by the local TV stations on May 10. Later it was uploaded on 'Armata TV' on the website of the defence ministry.
Unfortunately, media took over just parts of the said coverage, which is six-minutes long, implying that it represented a form of protest on the part of the Navy troops.
The Ministry of National Defence makes note of the fact that we are not talking of protests here but rather the natural concern of a soldier against the background of the financial cuts and the delay in paying certain financial rights. The Romanian Armed Forces are perfectly capable to crisis budget.
