State Secretary for Parliament Relations, Public Information and Improvement of Personnel Living Conditions, met a delegation of the Committee for Foreign Policy of the Republic of Macedonia, headed by Deputy Vlado Buckovski. The meeting took place at the Defence Ministry HQ on Monday, June 29.

The talks approached topics such as Romanian Armed Forces integration into NATO and EU structures as well as aspects of regional cooperation. Mr. Tataru talked of issues concerning the reform of the legal framework as well as the transformation of the Romanian Armed Forces into a non-conscript organization.

The delegation took place at the invitation of the Chairman of the Senatorial Committee for Foreign Policy. The program of the visit included meetings at the Romanian Parliament, the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
