The Aviation Museum organizes between July 17 and 20, a series of activities that are dedicated to the Day of the Romanian Air Force and Aviation.
The events will occur according to the following schedule:
Friday, July 17:
- the opening of "Ia-ma si pe mine in zbor" (Take me flying) photos exhibition at 6 p.m. at Dristor subway station; the activity is organized in cooperation with "Bucurestiul meu drag" Association (My dear Bucharest Association);
Saturday, July 18:
- The opening of "FOTOAVIA" photos exhibition will occur at 1 a.m. at the Aviation Museum. The event is organized at the initiative of "Romanian Spotters" Group with support granted by the Air Force Staff and "Aripi Romanesti" (Romanian Wings) Association.
Sunday, July 19:
- Launch of the book "Instructoarea mea de zbor-Ruxandra Agache" (My trainer of flight-Ruxandra Agache) by Alcibiade Chivu.
Monday, July 20:
- The opening of aeronautic cloths exhibition organized with support granted by "Condor"S.A. Company, between 2 and 5 p.m. at the Aviation Museum.
The Aviation Museum will maintain the permanent exhibitions and the "Aeronautics Memorial" exhibition and "Aviatia prin ochi de copil" (Aviation saw by children) exhibition of drawings.
