The USS SCOUT destroyer will have a stop between July 21 and 24 in Constanta harbor.
During the stop, a delegation headed by the ship commander Captain Commander Mark J. Oberley will meet the Flotilla Command leaders.
The crew's program will consist of exercises of vitality, boarding and medical assistance in cooperation with the Romanian militaries, the visit to the Navy Training School "Amiral Ion Murgescu" and different touristic sites in Constanta municipal town.
