The official opening of 'Naval Defense Exhibition-Constanta 2009' will occur Friday, August 14, at 11 a.m. in Constanta port, 'Pasageri' terminal.
The event will be organized by the General Defense Corp (GDC) with the support and participation of the Ministry of National Defense – Department of Armaments and Navy Staff - the Ministry of Economy and Chamber of Constanta Trade, Industry, Navigation and Agriculture.
The representatives of the MoND central structures and military and civilian personalities will be the guests in the opening ceremony.
The 'Naval Defense Exhibition-Constanta 2009' is an event aiming to promote the present stage of military equipment development, the capacity of national security and defense industry and a better contact between the MoND specialists and the companies manufacturing the military equipment.
