Chief of General Staff, Admiral Gheorghe Marin, Ph.D. will be in official visit between August 26 and 28, in Bulgaria, invited by his counterpart, General Simeon Simeonov.
The officials had talks Wednesday, August 26, on the bilateral and regional military cooperation, the increase of military capability and the common interest issues within NATO and the EU. The two military leaders approached the two armed forces process of transformation and modernization, too.
The Romanian delegation will be received by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria, Nickolay Mladenov and will visit the representative military units.
