The "JTF East Rotation 2009" exercise Romanian and the US military medical personnel developed between July 21 and August 27 the humanitarian civil assistance for the population from Constanta and Tulcea Counties.
They have offered the services of general medicine, ophthalmology and stomatology and they have organized the contests on medical education and prevention medicine for about 1950 inhabitants from eight localities. Further, the patients have been sent to the family doctor for the adequate medicines.
