The Naval Academy "Mircea cel Batran" will host between September 3 and 6, the 9th edition of the Balkan Conference of Operational Research "BALCOR 2009".
The scientific event will facilitate the exchange of scientific and technical information on international operational researches, and Balkan countries, especially and it will be organized by the Naval Academy in cooperation with Bucharest University, the Romanian Academy and the Technical University of Buildings.
The above 100 participants from Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, the United States of America, France, Cameron, South Korea, and Romania will deliver the lectures on optimization, statistics and stochastic, applications of operational researches in transportation and finances, the graphic theory, the theory of game, the analysis of risk and so on.
