The Conference of the Chiefs of the Air Forces from Europe, the official reunion - EURAC 2009 is organized between September 7 and 10, in Brasov by the Air Force Staff.
Major General Ion Aurel Stanciu, Ph.D. chief of the Air Force Staff, the president of the conference, has opened the reunion's works. This occasion, they presented the message the Minister of National Defense, Mihai Stanisoara, sent to the participants.
The topics to be approached will be related to the Air Forces' role in present and future conflicts as a response to the new challenges, risks and threats, the role of the capability destined to data collection and air surveillance, the Air Forces' future evolution and the integration with other forces, initiatives and common projects at the European level.
