About 70 Romanian militaries will participate between September 10 and 27, in "JACKAL STONE 09" exercise to occur on the Croatian territory and territorial waters.
The scenario is a fictitious one, and a group of joint forces was established to lead the activity on the Croatian territory to coordinate the actions of all the implied forces. The military personnel from the United States, Albania, Hungary, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Sweden and Ukraine will participate in the exercise alongside the Romanian and Croatian militaries.
The Romanian militaries are part of the special operations forces from the Romanian Armed Forces.
