A delegation of professors from the National Defense University "Carol I" will participate between September 21 and 26 in the "Effective Practices in Planning the Civilian Emergencies and the Consequences in their Management " Seminar in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The activity is part of the area of interest of the Working Group on regional stability in the enlarged Black Sea region from the Partnership for Peace consortium of Defense Academies and institutes for studies of security.
The event will contribute to strengthen the relations between the National Defense University and other educational institutions and will be an exchange of expertise between all the participants.
