The 30th Guard Regiment "Mihai Viteazu" organized Sunday, September 20, a ceremony to dedicate the military church to "Sfantul Mare Mucenic Mina" (Saint Martyr Mina). The church is placed inside the 30th Guard Regiment "Mihai Viteazu" yard; the construction started in 2003 and financially was supported by the Regiment's military and civilian personnel, too. The religious ceremony and the Saint Liturgy were officiated by the Romanian Patriarch, His Beatitude Daniel and a group of military and civilian priests. The representatives of the Minister of National Defense, the Romanian Orthodox Church and the local administration have participated in this ceremony.
