The first stage of "ROUEX 09" exercise will occur between September 28 and 29, in the firing fields of the national territory and aims to evaluate the NATO destined forces to be affirmed, finishing their operationalization on 2009, and previously being certified.

The main structures - psychological operations, search, and engineering and logistic support operations - are evaluated by joint teams of representatives of the Allied Land Component Command South Madrid and Allied Joint Force Command Naples and the officers from the General Staff and its subordinated structures.

The "ROUEX 09" second stage will occur between September 30 and October 1 and aims to improve the planning capacity and the leading of units during the operations. They will simultaneously have to train the structures of operational leadership of operative and tactical level of the participating units and big units.

The "ROUEX 09" last stage will occur between October 1 and 2, and will be ended by a tactical exercise of firings. The aim is to train the units to perform the mission in a theater of operations and will be performed in Cincu, Varsatura, Redea, Capu Midia, Cartisoara and Botosesti-Paia shooting fields.

The "ROUEX 09" Distinguished Visitors' Day will occur Friday, October 2 in Cincu shooting field starting 11 a.m.
