In Bucharest:
- National Defense University "Carol I", at 10 a.m.
- Military Technical Academy, at 10 a.m.
In Brasov:
- Air Force Academy "Henri Coanda", at 9 a.m.
In Constanta:
- Navy Academy "Mircea cel Batran", at 10 a.m.
In Sibiu:
- Land Forces Academy "Nicolae Balcescu", at 9 a.m.
