Three of the soldiers from the 280th Maneuver Battalion that were wounded Wednesday, September 30, at about 7 p.m. Romanian time, in Afghanistan, are no longer in hospital.
Warrant Officer Danut Buzatu and NCO Ionut Dumbrava are no longer in hospital, since Thursday, October 1 and NCO Ionut Bogdan Ciubotaru since today.
NCO Emanuel Cornel Berdei suffered a surgery and now is transported to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany for special treatment.
The four soldiers were wounded in an attack with improvised explosive device during their in patrol mission on Kandahar - Kabul A1 highway.
The leaders of the Ministry of National Defense carefully over-watch the soldiers' state of health, and assure their families they benefit the best medical treatment.
