A delegation of the Ministry of National Defense headed by State Secretary for Defense Policy and Planning, Mr. Viorel Oancea, will participate between October 20 and 21 in the SEDM Reunion to be held in Sofia, Bulgaria. The SEDM Agenda comprises the joint of the new members – Serbia and Montenegro - to the initiative and the Joint of Bosnia-Herzegovina to MPFSEE as observer and the approval of 'PMSC Public Diplomacy Strategy'. This occasion, they sign the Agreement on the Revision of SEDM-CC function and the 5th article of the MPFSEE Additional Protocol.
