The "Planning on Capability' Workshop, organized by the General Staff, occurred on Thursday, October 29 in "General Stefan Falcoianu" hall at the National Defense University "Carol I".
The workshop was focused on the evolution of the international environment of security, the implication on Romanian defense and the process of development of capabilities, the present trend on defense planning within NATO, the process of increase of capability within the EU and NATO and the national implications.
The representatives of the general Staff, the Ministry of National Defense and other institutions with responsibility in endowment and defense planning and resources and the commanders of the units to be deployed in the theaters of operations.
