The National College of Defense will organize on November 5, the "Join to NATO and the EU - The Chance to Modernize Romania" session of scientific papers, starting at 9 a.m.
The aim of the session is to bring a better understanding and knowing of security and national defense in a complex geo-politic environment, to increase the responsibility in institutions, organizations and organisms with attributions in security and defense area and to stimulate the reflection on democratic values, the culture of security and well governing.
The works will be held on four sections: "Geo-policy and Geo-strategy", "The Power in International Relations", "The Regional Economic Development" and "The Intelligence and the Political Decision".
The session will gather the specialists in science, policy, military domain and graduates of the National College of Defense.
