Chief of General Staff, Admiral Gheorghe Marin, Ph.D. will participate on November 4, in the EU Military Committee Reunion in Brussels.
The issues to be approached during the Reunion are the EUFOR, ALTHEA and ATALANTA operations' present state and perspectives, the operations that have been developed under PESA aegis, the PESA Capability Developing Plan, the role of the EU Military Committee in military capability development and its contribution to PESA priorities of the EU presidency.
Admiral Marin will present, during the bilateral meeting with the EU officials or the counterparts from other states, the process of transformation of the Romanian Armed Forces and the national participation in missions in the theaters of operations.
