Military personnel and their equipment have participated in the last few hours in actions to clear of snow and to support the population from the buried in snow regions, as requested by the local authorities.
The militaries from the 8th Artillery Brigade Focsani have transported two persons from Sihlea village to the hospital in Focsani and in Buzau County, the soldiers from the Joint Operational Command helped to clear up and to evacuate the snowed up persons on Buzau-Faurei route.
The MoND leaders asked the units to be prepared to intervene at the authorities' request, to help the population in need. The National Military Command Center is permanently over watching the weather conditions all over the country.
