The USS JOHN HALL frigate will have a stop in Constanta harbor between February 15 and 19. A delegation headed by the frigate commander, Captain Commander Derek M. Lavan will meet the leaders of the Flotilla Command and the local public administration.

During the visit in Romania, the USS JOHN HALL will conduct naval exercises in common with "Regele Ferdinand" and "Marasesti" frigates along with a Puma Naval helicopter. The US crew will visit "Amiral Ion Murgescu" Navy School for Military Masters will enjoy common sports activities and a tour of Constanta town.
