Minister of National Defence Gabriel Oprea and the Chief of General Staff, Admiral Gheorghe Marin, participate in the inauguration ceremony of the Center of Excellence HUMINT (HUMan INTelligence) in Oradea, on Tuesday, March 16.

Romania is founding member of the HUMINT Center of Excellence, with Greece, Slovenia, Turkey and Hungary as sponsor nations. The Centre has been accredited by a NATO Commission in February 2010.
