The Minister of National Defence Gabriel Oprea and the Chairman of NATO Military Committee, Admiral Giampaolo Di Paola will have a meeting at the ministry HQ on Thursday, May 13. Admiral Di Paola, officially visiting Romania at the invitation of the Romanian Chief of Defence, Admiral Gheorghe Marin, will be staying in our country from May 13 to 14.

On the same day, the Chairman of the NATO Military Committee will have talks with Admiral Gheorghe Marin and will give a lecture at the National Defence University Carol I, on \"The Military Contribution to the Development of the New NATO Strategic Concept\".

Admiral Giampaolo Di Paola and Admiral Gheorghe Marin will give short press statements at the National Defence University, starting 13.15 hrs.
