The Assembly Hall of the National Defence University 'Carol I' will host the lecture of Secretary General for Defence and National Security of the Republic of France, Mr. Francis Delon on \"Drafting a global defence and security strategy\", on Friday, June 11, from 10.30 to 12.15.

Civilian and military personnel of the academic community were invited to participate in the activity that will be open by Mr. Henri Paul, Ambassador of the Republic of France in Romania, while Lt. Gen., Prof. Teodor Frunzeti, Ph.D., the commander (Rector) of the National Defence University 'Carol I', will act as moderator of the event.

Mr. Francis Delon will make a press statement at the end of the activity.
