Minister of National Defence, Gabriel Oprea, participated on August 15, in Constanta, in the ceremonies occasioned by the celebration of the "Romanian Navy Day".

Among the main moments of the ceremonies, organized by the Minister of National Defence on the Casino's parade, in front of the Fleet Command HQ, the sailors dressed the ships rainbow fashion and raised the flag, streamed flowery anchors and conducted demo exercises at sea and ashore.
