A delegation of the Romanian Ministry of National Defence headed by the State Secretary for Defence Policy and Planning, Mr. Viorel Oancea, participates in the annual South-Eastern Defence Ministerial (SEDM), taking place in Tirana, Albania,
from 11 to 13 October.

The agenda of the meeting includes talks on the future missions of the South-Eastern Brigade (SEEBRIG) and SEDM, the stage of the accomplishments of the Political Military Steering Committee (PMSC), of the Multinational Peace Force South-Eastern Europe (MPFSEE) as well as the South-Eastern Defence Ministerial-Coordination Committee (SEDM-CC). A presentation will also be made of SEEBRIG operations since the last SEDM reunion.
