"DACIA 2010" is a strategic level exercise conducted from November 2 to 4. It will end with tactical firing executed simultaneously in Cincu and Babadag firing ranges.

The goal of the exercise, planned and conducted by the General Staff in agreement with NATO standards and procedures, is to simultaneously train operational command structures of strategic, operational and tactical level in planning and conducting joint military operations. The exercise unfolds according to a fictive scenario of a campaign of military operations that bring troops into a defence joint operation on Romanian land.

Some 2 700 troops of the three services are involved in the exercise along over 200 vehicles and weapon systems.
