The Minister of National Defence, Gabriel Oprea, participates on Friday, July 22, in the ceremony organized for the graduation of the 114th 'DIMITRIE CANTEMIR' series of the 'Carol I' National Defence University as well as of the 22nd series from the National Defence College.

The ceremony will be conducted on the plateau in front of the Monument of Homeland Heroes, starting at 08.00 hrs.

Beside graduates’ families and personnel of the two institutions invited to take part in the event were representatives of the Ministry of National Defence, of the local public authorities, retired and reserve military personnel and war veterans.
