The Minister of National Defence, Gabriel Oprea, participates in the ceremonies organized at the Military Technical Academy and the National Defence University on Monday, October 3, to mark the beginning of the new academic year, 2011-2012.

Military ceremonies dedicated to the same event will take place also on Monday at the services academies as follows: 'Henri Coanda' Air Force Academy in Brasov (10.00hrs.), 'Mircea cel Batran' Navy Academy in Constanta (10.00hrs.) and 'Nicolae Balcescu' Land Forces Academy in Sibiu (09.00hrs.).
