Ioan Mircea Pascu minister of National Defense heading a delegation will have an official visit between April 7 and 8, 03 in Hungary invited by his counterpart Ferenc Juhasz.

The discussions will be mainly focused on security and cooperation in the South Eastern Europe, in the Black Sea basin and the Caucasus, the ESDI evolutions, the role and the contributions of the candidate states for UE integration. In the same time there will be approached the issues on NATO's enlargement and transformation, Hungarian experience in the pre-joining time, priorities and perspectives for the increase of the relations between Romania and Hungary in military area and defense policy.

Ministers Ioan Mircea Pascu and Juhasz Ferenc will sign the Agreement between the Government of Romania and the Government of Republic of Hungary on military cooperation.
The program of the Romanian delegation also includes visits to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Commission for Defense of the Hungarian Parliament and will lay of wreath in the Place of Heroes.
