The Minister of National Defence Gabriel Oprea participates on Monday, 23 April, from 13.00, in the ceremony organized for the Day of the Land Forces. The spiritual patron of the Land Forces is Saint George. The event will take place at the headquarters of the Land Forces Staff.


Garrisons across the country will organize wreath-laying ceremonies at heroes` monuments, activities evoking battle traditions of Land Forces units, as well as military technology and equipment exhibitions.
