Sebastian Huluban has officially taken over the office as State Secretary and head of the Defence Policy and Planning Department, during a ceremony organized at the Ministry of National Defence headquarters today, 11 May, attended by the Minister of National Defence, Mr. Corneliu Dobritoiu.

'I wish to thank minister Dobritoiu for his support and trust. I think it is a first that both the defence minister and the state secretary and for defence policy and planning have previously worked in this department. As a result, I am deeply confident that the department will work along the same lines it deserves now and in future. I know most of you, we know what we have to do, I know what you are able to do. Let us get to work and the results would, no doubt, be the ones that are expected from us', state secretary Huluban declared during the investiture ceremony.

Sebastian Huluban has a doctor`s degree in history and studied political science at Babes-Bolyai University, in Cluj-Napoca.
