The Minister of National Defence, Corneliu Dobritoiu, and the chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Stefan Danila, will participate on Wednesday, 22 August, from 09.00, in the ceremony marking the return of the NATO Displaceable Communications Module, 'DCM-E', from Afghanistan. The ceremony will take place at the 48th Strategic Communications and Information Technology Center in Otopeni.

The module is the first NATO structure of this type deployed on Romanian territory, that is fully manned by Romanian personnel.
