A delegation of the Department for Defence Policy and Planning headed by state secretary Sebastian Huluban will travel to Washington D.C. in order to participate in the Romanian-American defence-related bilateral consultations on 2 to 6 September.

During the meeting that will take place at the US Defense Department and the State Department, the parties will discuss topics of mutual interest in the field of defence policy, international security and the development of the international security organizations.

During a Round Table organized at the Atlantic Council, the state secretary will deliver a briefing on Romania`s defence policy in the context of the last developments of the international security environment.
