Warrant Officer Florinel Enache, wounded in Afghanistan on 4 May 2012, hospitalized at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, was visited by state secretary Sebastian Huluban, who participated in the Romanian-American defence-related consultations in Washington.

Sate secretary Sebastian Huluban sent the Romanian soldier the defence minister`s as well as his own message of encouragement and support and gave him the symbolic gifts sent by his comrades of the 282nd 'Unirea Principatelor' Mechanized Brigade of Focsani.
