Troops of the defence ministry structures will participate on Sunday, 21 October, from 10.00 to 17.00, in the activities organized in Bucharest, Izvor Park, to mark the celebration of the Day of the Romanian Armed Forces.

Exercises will be organized on this occasion along with descending from helicopters surveying the area, concerts performed by the Representative Military Band and "Doina" Military Ensemble, drill-team performed by troops of the 30th "Mihai Viteazul" Guard Regiment.

The program also includes sailor games, exercises for children, demonstrations explosive devices, air modelling, reconstruction of battle scenes and training.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet with military experts from various fields of activity, who participated in missions in theaters of operations, Olympic sportsmen, war veterans.

Military services, academies and schools, the Department for Armaments, the Communication and Information Command, the National Military Museum, the Military Sports Club "Steaua" Bucharest, the Romanian Aeronautic Association will have dedicated stands with military equipment used in theaters of operations.
