State Secretary for Armaments, Floarea Serban, participates over 07-09 November, in the Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD) taking place at NATO HQ in Brussels, Belgium.
The working agenda of the conference includes discussing the priorities of the Alliance and the impact on CNAD of the recent developments and financial implications at the level of the Alliance of projects 'Smart Defence' and 'Connected Forces Initiatives', of the agencies reform, missile defence, the activity of the main groups coordinated by CNAD, the reform of CNAD structures, transatlantic cooperation in the field of defence industry and land surveillance capabilities of the Alliance.
The conference is also a good opportunity to promote the 8th edition of the International Exhibition of Military Equipment, EXPOMIL 2013, hosted by our country in 2013.
