The State Secretary for Defence Policy and Planning, Mr. Sebastian Huluban, met with Mr. Goran Svilanoviae, Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), on Monday, 11 February.
During the meeting, State Secretary Huluban noted that Romanian support for the consolidation of regional cooperation partnerships and formats will continue to be one of our defence policy priorities'.
Also, the Romanian State Secretary highlighted the existing interest in increasing stability and security in South-Eastern Europe, all the more so as Romania will take over the chairmanship of two regional cooperation structures, in 2013, namely: South-Eastern Defence Ministerial (SEDM) and the Southeast European Cooperation Process (SEECP).
