The Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, and the chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Stefan Danila, will participate in the events organized in Constanta for the celebration of the 'Romanian Navy Day' on Thursday, 15 August.

Drill 'Romanian Navy Forces 2013' will be organized in front of the Fleet Command from 10.00. The flag will be hoisted, the ships will be dressed overall, Chinese lanterns will be launched from the ships in formation and from the esplanade. At 10.00 p.m. troops will retreat with torches on the route Fleet Command- Ovidiu Square, Constanta Prefect`s Office.
