The Minister of National Defence, Mircea Dusa, will participate in NATO Defence Ministers` Meeting in Brussels on 22 and 23 October.

The meeting of Tuesday, 22 October, will begin with a working session of the North-Atlantic Council dedicated to defence capabilities. The topics discussed will be missile defence, cyber defence, budgeting and reform of the Alliance. Also on Tuesday a working session of the North-Atlantic Council is scheduled to discuss the implementation of initiative 'Connected Forces'.

A meeting of defence ministers from NATO and partner countries which contribute to the ISAF mission will take place on Wednesday, 23 October, when they will discuss the transition process and developing capabilities of the Afghan security forces.
